Rotiplate started from a simple annoyance: most work tools make you take the whole platform, whether your team needs it or not. We build the opposite — a small core, and plugins you add only when they earn their place.
A roti is a flatbread you dress up with whatever you're in the mood for — the base stays the same, the ingredients change per meal. That's the idea behind Rotiplate: Projects, our task-tracking plugin, is the base every workspace runs on. Documents, Calendar, Manuals, Todos, and Payments are the ingredients — add or leave off whichever ones your team actually does.
Projects can't be switched off, but nothing else is forced on you, and no plugin changes how Projects itself works. You're just choosing what's on the plate.
A new workspace should be simple on day one. Complexity is something you opt into, plugin by plugin, not something you clear out later.
Turning a plugin off doesn't delete your data. Turn it back on later and everything is exactly where you left it.
You're billed for the plugins that are active, not for a fixed tier that happens to include them. Fewer plugins, smaller bill.
Rotiplate B.V. is a small, independent team working out of Almere. If you want to know more about the company behind Rotiplate, or you'd just like to say hello, the contact page reaches us directly.
